The combination of Latin Heat and Big & Tangy sauce together with tri-tip allows the wonderful trip-tip to get tender: perfect for tacos.

Ingredients
The marinade
- 1 Tri-tip roast
- 1 1/4 cup Sauce Goddess Big & Tangy Black Pepper sauce
- 2 Tbsp Sauce Goddess Latin Heat
- zip top bag
- oil for grilling
The taco
- corn and flour tortillas
- shredded cabbage or lettuce
- salsa
- sour cream
- shredded cheese
- lime wedges
- avocado slices
- cilantro
Instructions
- Place Tri-tip in a ziptop bag
- Add 1/4 cup Big & Tangy Black Pepper Sauce and 2 Tbsp Latin Heat spices
- Move the meat around to make sure the marinade coats the entire surface of the meat
- Remove the air from the bag and seal closed
- Refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours (while you're on the way to the big game)
- Grill on high to sear
- Reduce heat and cook until done
- Let rest 5 minutes and then slice thin
- Serve on tortillas with extras listed above
