Ingredients: 2 cups Rice Chex cereal; 2 cups Corn Chex cereal; 4 cups Cheerios cereal; 1-12 oz bag Gluten Free Pretzels (Glutino or Snyders); 2 cups raw pecan halves or pieces; 1 cup of beans snacks; 1 stick butter; 1/4 cup Olivie Oil; 1/4 cup Gluten Free Tamari or Worcestershire sauce; 2 Tbsp BBQ Sweet Heat

This is a variation on that famous “Chex mix”. To make it vegan, don’t use Worcestershire sauce and use olive oil instead of butter.

Ingredients

2 cups Rice Chex cereal
2 cups Corn Chex cereal
4 cups Cheerios cereal
1-12 oz bag Gluten Free Pretzels (Glutino or Snyders)
2 cups raw pecan halves or pieces
1 cup of beans snacks
1 stick butter
1/4 cup Olivie Oil
1/4 cup Gluten Free Tamari or Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp BBQ Sweet Heat

Instructions

Preheat oven to 250.
Melt butter, sauce and Sweet Heat.
Place all cereal, pretzels and nuts in a large roasting pan.
Pour butter mixture over cereal mixture.
Stir gently.
Bake for one hour, stirring gently ever 15 minutes.
Enjoy!
