Creamy rich hummus with the flavors of onion, fennel and thyme. It’s smooth and flavorful with herbs. Top with feta and dip with pita chips.
Ingredients
- 1 can navy beans (or northern or cannellini beans)
- 2 ea whole green onions, white and green portion
- 2 tsp Onion Dip & Spread Mix
- Juice of one lemon
- Zest of one lemon
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp feta cheese, as a garnish
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Drain the can of navy beans.
- Add all ingredients to the food processor.
- Process until smooth.
- Top with Feta cheese and enjoy.
