
Gluten Free Snack Mix

This is a variation on that famous “Chex mix”. To make it vegan, don’t use Worcestershire sauce and use olive oil instead of butter.

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250.
- Melt butter, sauce and Sweet Heat.
- Place all cereal, pretzels and nuts in a large roasting pan.
- Pour butter mixture over cereal mixture.
- Stir gently.
- Bake for one hour, stirring gently ever 15 minutes.
- Enjoy!

- 2 cups raw pecan halves or pieces
- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Gluten Free Tamari or Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp BBQ Sweet Heat
Directions
