Chicken on the grill is a prefect summer dinner. You can use thighs or drumsticks skin-on or boneless skinless chicken thighs, tenders or breasts.
The key to making this recipe really special is cooking the chicken without sauce until it’s almost done, then reducing the heat to sauce it over and over until it’s gooey and perfected spicy.
You can also use this same recipe for wings of course.

If you prefer the skin on chicken thighs just use a lower heat during grilling so the skin doesn't burn. Also, you can substitute any of your favorite Sauce Goddess sauces in the recipe.
Ingredients
- 16 pieces of chicken thighs or drumsticks, boneless skinless or skin on
- 2 Tbsp Sauce Goddess Sweet Heat seasoning
- 1 cup Sauce Goddess Sweet and Spicy sauce
Instructions
- Heat grill on high.
- Once heated, reduce grill to medium and place chicken on the grill.
- Close the lid and let cook for 5 minutes.
- Flip and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Flip again and reduce heat. Continue to cook and flip until done. This may take another 15 minutes. It should feel firm when cooked through.
- Begin brushing chicken with grill glaze and continue grilling, brushing and flipping a couple more times.
- You can use any extra for additional dipping.
