It’s great for game-day or a quick way to use left-over pulled pork or chicken.

Use the recipe for oven roasted pulled pork, or you can swap and use shredded chicken.
Ingredients
Cole Slaw
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp celery salt
- 1 Tbsp Sauce Goddess BBQ Sweet Heat Rub
- 3 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp of sugar
- 1 head of cabbage finely chopped
Pulled Pork
- Sauce Goddess Oven Roasted Pulled Pork
- Sauce Goddess Sticky Sweet sauce or Carolina Sweet Gold sauce
Taco Bar
- corn or flour tortillas
- Sauce Goddess Sweet & Spicy sauce
- shredded cheese (optional)
- lime wedges
Instructions
Coleslaw
- In a large bowl, whisk together mayo, celery salt, Latin Heat, rice vinegar and sugar.
- Add cabbage. Stir to combine and place in the fridge to cool.
Pulled Pork
- Re-heat pulled pork
Taco Bar
- Wrap corn or flour tortillas in foil and place on the grill to heat.
- Assemble a build your own taco bar with the pulled pork, tortillas, Sauce Goddess Sweet & Spicy sauce, coleslaw, shredded cheese (optional) and lime wedges.
