The creamy texture of avocados and the “good for us” fat makes them an easy addition to any meal. This recipe is a quick dip you an make. It’s like guacamole but with some dairy for extra creamy dipping.

Ingredients
- 2 avocados, ripe, out of the skin (about 1.5 cup)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp lime or lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp Sauce Goddess Spicy Mexican Dip and Spread Mix
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Slice each avocado in half and scoop out the insides into a bowl.
- Add sour cream and juice.
- Add spices. If you want it milder, use 1 1/2 Tbsp of Mexican Dip mix. If you want it spicier, use 2 Tbsp.
- Stir to combine.
- Serve with tortillas chips or slices of fresh pepper.
