
Smoked Fish Spread with Sweet Heat

This appetizer is delicious made with Salmon (grilled leftover or smoked), whitefish or any smoked fish you can find. Perfect with crackers. it’s rich so a little seems to satisfy plenty.
Using strained greek yogurt instead of the cream cheese or sour cream, makes the spread tangier and obviously much healthier with all that lean protien.

Notes
If you want it spicier you can also add hot sauce when creating the cream cheese mixture.
Ingredients
- 1 cup smoked fish, flaked with any bones removed
- 1 cup whipped cream cheese (or strained fat free greek yogurt)
- 1/4 cup sour cream (or strained fat free greek yogurt)
- 1 Tbsp Sauce Goddess BBQ Sweet Heat spice rub
- 1 Tbsp lemon zest
- 1 Tbsp fresh and/or dry dill
Instructions
- Place cream cheese, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce and Sweet Heat in a bowl.
- Stir to combine.
- Add fish.
- Stir to combine.
- Taste to adjust seasoning to your liking.
- Serve with crackers and enjoy.
