Notes
The hot butter cooks the egg yolks so they are safe to eat. You can add fresh herbs if you like.
Ingredients
- 3 large egg yolks
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice (around the juice of 1 1/2 lemons)
- 1 stick of melted butter (salted is fine)
- 2 tsp Sweet Heat seasoning
Instructions
- Melt butter until very warm/hot. Set aside.
- Place lemon juice, egg yolks and sweet heat in a blender.
- Pulse blender to combine all.
- With the blender on low, slowly pour in the melted butter.
- Once all the butter is in, you are done.
- Hooray for Hollandaise!
