Roasted Butternut Squash seasoned with Fiery Jamaican Jerk spices is an amazing side dish for roast turkey, chicken or pork.

Notes
Butternut squash can be roasted until it's very caramelized. You can also substitute another squash for this recipe, but in the fall, butternut squash is easy to find already diced into chunks.
Ingredients
- 4 cups butternut squash, diced into 1-2" chunks
- 2 Tbsp light olive oil
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp Sauce Goddess Jamaican Jerk spices
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350.
- Melt butter.
- Add oil and jerk spices.
- Place squash in a large bowl.
- Pour butter and oil over the squash.
- Stir to coat all the pieces.
- Bake on a sheet pan until a fork pierces the largest piece easily.
