This is a super easy way to use leftover salmon from the night before. It's a marvelous reason to buy more salmon than you need for dinner.

Ginger Salmon Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked salmon, shredded (leftover is great)
  • 1 cup of Pickled red onions, see recipe on other page

  • 3 Tbsp Mayonaise
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Cilantro leaves

  • 1/4 cup Sauce Goddess Sweet & Tangy sauce

  • 2 tsp Dry Ginger

  • 1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Serve on bread as a sandwich or on lettuce as the protein for your salad.
