It’s a quick and easy snack recipe that is sure to please your friends. You can also make this seasoned chip recipe with tortilla chips or pita chips.
Notes
The addition of the small amount of honey in the dipping sauce adds a tiny bit of sweetness that matches the spices really well. It doesn't matter which Sauce Goddess spice you select. They are all delicious in this recipe. Our Super Chunk Steak House seasoning has the most sodium, so we prefer that with low sodium chips.
Ingredients
- 1 large bag of your favorite potato chips
- 1 Tbsp Sauce Goddess spices
Instructions
The Chips
- Simply remove the chips from the bag and place them on a baking sheet..
- Sprinkle with your favorite Sauce Goddess spice and toss to combine.
- Warm them for 10 minutes on 200 degrees.
- The spices will stick to the chips as they cool.
- While they cool, prepare the dipping sauce (or you can make it in advance and refrigerate it to allow the flavors to really shine).
The Dipping Sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tsp of the same spice used for the chips
You can use one of our sauces as a dipping sauce or make a dip using the same seasoning and some sour cream and mayonnaise.
