This recipe for roasted red pepper dip couldn't be easier. Everything is prepared and you just combine roasted red peppers with super flavorful ingredients. The result is a smooth bright high protein dip.

You can alter this recipe to suit the nuts or beans you want. Don't forget the fresh lemon juice. It really provides an amazing bump in flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 can of white beans, drained
- 1 jar (or 1 cup) roasted red peppers in liquid
- 1/2 cup of greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- zest of 1 lemon
- juice of one lemon
- 2 Tbsp basil, plus basil to garnish
- 1-2 tsp Sauce Goddess Onion Dip & Spread Mix
Instructions
- Set aside some basil for garnish.
- Put everything into a blender or food processor.
- Buzz it up.
- Pour it in a serving bowl, garnish with fresh basil.
- Enjoy!

- 1 Tbsp Sauce Goddess Fennel and Thyme Onion Dip and Spread Mix
- 1 Tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 cup fresh basil

- Serve with chips or veggies.
