Wings with a sweet and exotic spiced twist. B & R Farms makes a delicious apricot preserve that is perfect for this recipe.
Chicken wings are amazing when they are seasoned with the exotic spices of Moroccan Twist spices. Pair that with the apricot Moroccan glaze and it's over the top in flavor.
Ingredients
- 4 lbs wings
- 2 Tbsp Sauce Goddess Moroccan Twist Spice Rub
- 1/2 cup Apricot Preserves
- 4 Tbsp rice vinegar
Instructions
Wings
- Preheat your oven 350 degrees or grill (medium).
- Toss 4 lbs wings in 1-2 Tbsp Moroccan Twist spice rub.
- Cook until done to 165 degrees. Pick the biggest wing and measure the temperature.
Glaze
- In a bowl large enough to fit the wings, whisk together Apricot Preserves, rice vinegar and 1 tsp Moroccan Twist.
- When the wings are cooked place them in the bowl of glaze, and either stir and serve, or return to the grill to caramelize the glaze.
