When you visit northern Michigan, everything food related involves cherries, tart cherries to be specific. Tart cherries bring some wonderful tangy bright flavor to dishes.
In this recipe, we’re adding tart cherries to create the most delicious chicken salad. We’re adding crunch from celery and nuts too. It’s delicious on a bed of lettuce and between two slices of whatever bread you prefer.
