Latin Heat Chicken Thighs
You can use this chicken for a Mexican omelet, tacos, fresh salad, chicken salad with avocado instead of mayonnaise… you get the idea. Of course, it is a great tailgating idea.

This works great with wings as well.
Ingredients
- 8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 2 Tbsp Sauce Goddess Latin Heat Spice Rub
Instructions
- Heat grill on medium.
- Place chicken thighs on hot grill.
- Sprinkle with Latin Heat rub. Flip immediately so you can sprinkle the other side before the meat starts to cook.
- Cook until chicken is no longer pink.
