This cheesy pepper recipe is super easy to make the day of a party. Fun for Christmas because it's red and green. The colorful peppers are super lively on your table

Notes
If you want to kick up the heat, use jalapenos for the green pepper portion and red jalapenos for the red portion.
Ingredients
- 16 ea mini red bell (or jalapeno peppers-red and green theme)
- 1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
- 1 ea green bell or poblano or jalapeno (or red bell pepper- again red and green)
- 1 Tbsp Sauce Goddess Spicy Mexican Dip Mix
Instructions
- Slice the mini red peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- Dice the green peppers into small pieces.
- Add diced green peppers and Mexican Dip mix to cream cheese.
- Fill the red peppers with the mixture.
- Serve cold or heat for 3-5 minutes on 350 degrees.
