BBQ Chicken Wing Dip
Do you enjoy Buffalo wings, but don't always like the mess? This dip is just like eating your favorite flavor of wings without the need for packs of wet wipes.
Notes
You can experiment with different flavors of Sauce Goddess sauces and rubs to turn the heat up or down.
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup blue cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup Sauce Goddess Sweet & Spicy sauce (more if you want is okay)
- 3 Tbsp hot sauce Crystal Hot Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Sauce Goddess BBQ Sweet Heat rub
- 2-3 chicken thighs or breasts cooked (leftovers are awesome)
Instructions
- Combine all in your food processor and buzz up for 1 minute or so until the cheese is mixed well. If you do not have a food processor, heat the cream cheese in a microwave until soften enough to combine with the rest of the ingredients (maybe 30 seconds or so).
- At this point you can add a little more of the sauce, hot sauce or rub to taste and mix in.
- Heat in the oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with celery, sliced bell peppers, crackers or whatever else you like to dip.
