Bacon Wrapped Chicken Bites
While anything wrapped in bacon is amazing, taking chicken bites and wrapping them in "Pig Candy" is just amazing. You can feel healthy, kind of. Try this recipe for bacon wrapped chicken bites for your next party!

Notes
You can use thighs, tenders or breast for this recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 lb thin bacon cut into halves
- 5 chicken thighs, boneless, skinless, cut into chunks about 1 inch around
- 1/2 cup Sweet Red Devil Sauce
- 50 long tooth picks or skewers soaked in water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350. Or, these can be done on a smoker and grill combination.
- Place piece of bacon on your cutting board or work surface. Place chicken on bacon and wrap until the bacon covers the chicken. Place skewer in so the bacon does not open.
- Repeat until all pieces are done.
- Place in your oven (or smoker) and bake on a sheet pan until the bacon is a bit crispy, about 50 minutes. This amount of time will ensure the chicken is cooked through.
- Increase oven temp to 400.
- Remove pieces from the sheet and baste with Sweet Red Devil or Sweet and Spicy sauce. Place into another grease free pan and return to the oven for 10 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
- These can also be finished on the grill.
