The best taco bar with a pulled pork barbecue twist. It's awesome for game day or any group event. Everyone makes their own tacos and it's fresh and light.
Pulled Pork Tacos with Coleslaw and Lime

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp celery salt
  • 1 Tbsp Sauce Goddess BBQ Sweet Heat Rub
  • 3 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp of sugar
  • 1 head of cabbage finely chopped
  • Sauce Goddess Pulled Pork

  • Sauce Goddess Sticky Sweet sauce

  • or Carolina Sweet Gold sauce

  • corn or flour tortillas
  • Sauce Goddess Sweet & Spicy sauce

  • shredded cheese (optional)
  • lime wedges

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together mayo, celery salt, Latin Heat, rice vinegar and sugar.
  2. Add cabbage. Stir to combine and place in the fridge to cool.
  3. Re-heat pulled pork
  4. Wrap corn or flour tortillas in foil and place on the grill to heat.
  5. Assemble a build your own taco bar with the pulled pork, tortillas, Sauce Goddess Sweet &
  6. Spicy sauce, coleslaw, shredded cheese (optional) and lime wedges.
