When you can't decide between BBQ chicken and Buffalo wings, make this!
This recipe is a great combination of our Sticky Sweet Chicken and your favorite Buffalo wing sauce and butter of course.
We grilled and sauced chicken tenders with it to create a lighter version of wings.

Ingredients
-
2 lbs Chicken Tenders
-
1 cup hot sauce sauce (we like Crystal hot sauce for this one)
-
1 cup Sticky Sweet Brown Sugar BBQ sauce
-
6 Tbsp salted butter
-
1 Tbsp BBQ Sweet Heat seasoning
Directions
Combine all the ingredient except the chicken tenders into a sauce pan.
Warm over low heat until the just butter melts.
Place ¾ cup of the blended sauce in a bowl for serving.
Let sauce cool for 15 minutes. This will be your cooking sauce.
Sprinkle the chicken with BBQ Sweet Heat seasoning.
Pour ¼ cup of sauce over all the chicken tenders.
Preheat the grill on medium.
Let the chicken marinade will the grill warms up.
Cook the tenders until barely cooked on both sides. About 3-4 minutes per side.
Dunk each piece in remaining cooking sauce and return to the grill.
Cook and repeat the dunking process, flipping to the second side. Another 4-5 minutes per side.
After a total of 10 minutes per side of cooking the chicken should be done. Test by holding the chicken tender with a tong in the middle and see if it is barely bending over each end. That’s done.
Plate the tenders and pour over some of the excess reserved sauce (from the bowl you set aside). Serve the extra sauce on the side.
