Let's be honest — most of us take care of our cars or yards or dogs better than our bodies. 

Processed food is everywhere. And yes our sauces are processed because they have to be, duh. I'm going to point out that we still use ZERO preservatives, ZERO flavorings, ZERO additives. They are as close to homemade as you can get. Seriously.

Here's the skinny on exactly how not bad they are for you. All these amazing ingredients are actually helpful in your diet. I am going to point out that our uber-delicious Moroccan Twist is the shining star on this list with a ton of these ingredients packed in each and every bite.

🫚 Cardamom Found in: Moroccan Twist. One of the most powerful spices in the wellness world. It supports digestive health, has natural diuretic properties that help lower blood pressure, contains antioxidants that fight inflammation, and may even help regulate blood sugar levels. It also freshens breath — bonus!

🌿 Cloves Found in: all our sauces (sshhh it's a secret), Moroccan Twist, Jamaican Jerk and BBQ Sweet Heat. Tiny but mighty. Cloves are one of the highest antioxidant-containing spices on the planet. They have strong antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties, support liver health, and contain eugenol, a natural compound studied for its ability to help stabilize blood sugar.

🍅 Cooked Tomatoes Found in: all our sauces, of course. Here's a fun one most people don't know — cooking tomatoes actually increases their health benefits. Heat releases lycopene, a powerful antioxidant linked to reduced risk of heart disease and certain cancers. Cooked tomatoes in a sauce mean you're getting more lycopene than you would from a fresh salad. Score one for BBQ sauce!

🫙 Gluten-Free Soy Sauce Found in: all of our sauces. Soy sauce and packed with umami, and also contains small amounts of probiotics from fermentation, supports digestion, and provides manganese and other trace minerals. And of course, using a Gluten Free version is safe for gluten-sensitive folks.
