Hamburger Bar

Grilling burgers during the summer is a true red, white and blue tradition. Step your game up this season when friends and family come over by rolling out a condiment bar that's a step above.

  • favorite burger meat or vegan option
  • avocado (or guacamole)
  • bacon
  • flavorful cheeses
  • mushrooms
  • relish
  • BBQ sauce
  • hot sauce
  • onions
  • tomato
  • lettuce
  • pickles
  • mustard
  • mayonnaise
  • ketchup

  1. Make bacon on the stove to desired crispness
  2. Saute mushrooms
  3. Slice avocado in half then lengthwise
  4. Cut slices of of cheese or crumble into small pieces depending on type
  5. Slice onions and tomatoes
  6. Tear lettuce leafs into burger size pieces
  7. Grill burgers to desired wellness

Apricot Onion Chutney with Moroccan Twist

Moroccan Twist Apricot Onion Chutney

This chutney is a delicious condiment for pork, chicken or lamb chops. It's also good with meat that's been seasoned with Moroccan Twist spice rub.

  • 1 Tbsp Sauce Goddess Moroccan Twist
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 cup dried apricots, diced small
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 tsp kosher or sea salt
  • 1 ea sweet onion, sliced thin

  1. In a medium saute pan, cook onions and butter on low heat until onions are translucent.
  2. Add dried apricots, salt and water and continue cooking for another 10-15 minutes until the apricots are soft.
  3. Add Moroccan Twist spice rub and continue heating another 5-10 minutes.
  4. Serve over chicken, pork or lamb.

Prep Time: 10 minutes - Cook Time: 20 minutes ; Yield: 2 cups

Bacon Chutney

Bacon Chutney

Use in a sandwich or in place of pizza sauce. Great over cream cheese or goat cheese (as shown here) for a party.

  • 8 strips of cooked bacon, diced
  • 1 minced onion until soft
  • 3/4 cup Sauce Goddess Sweet and Spicy sauce
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • optional- minced spicy chile peppers (jalapeno, habanero, whatever you like)

  1. Place bacon in a fry pan.
  2. Cook until barely done.
  3. Remove excess grease.
  4. Add onions and optional peppers.
  5. Cook until onion are translucent.
  6. Add sauce and water.
  7. Cook for 15 minutes until sauce has reduced.
  8. Sauce will taste like bacon and bacon will have the flavor of the sweet and spicy sauce.

Feel free to use more bacon if you like. You can also use any of our sauces. It's great with all of them.
