Super Chunk Navy Bean Hummus

Super chunk navy bean hummus. It’s smooth and flavorful with fennel and garlic. Top with feta and dip with pita chips.

Super Chunk Navy Bean Hummus

  • 1 can navy beans (or northern or cannellini beans)
  • 2 ea whole green onions, white and green portion
  • 2 tsp Original Super Chunk
  • 1 Tbsp feta cheese, as a garnish
  • 1/2 tsp salt

  1. Drain the can of navy beans, saving the liquid in a bowl.
  2. Place beans into blender or food processor.
  3. Add green onions.
  4. Add Original Super Chunk and salt.
  5. Buzz it up in the blender/processor.
  6. Add some of the reserved liquid from the can of beans.
  7. Buzz it some more.
  8. Keep adding liquid until it is the consistency you like. I use around 3 Tbs or so.
  9. Top with Feta cheese and enjoy.

Prep Time: 10 minutes ; Yield: 1 cup
