Spicy Sesame Hot Wings

Courtesy of Megan Barnett, of the now closed Great News Cookware and Cooking School in San Diego.  Such a loss to folks who loved to shop for cookware, gadgets and go to cooking classes. This recipe is a great addition to your traditional line-up of hot wings.
