28 chicken drumettes or wings
1 1/2 cups of
Sauce Goddess Spicy Grillin'
2 Tbsp Sriracha Chili Sauce (spicy chili garlic sauce)
1 Tbsp pure toasted sesame oil
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
1/4 cup minced green onion
In a bowl combine the Spicy Grillin' sauce, Sriracha Sauce and sesame oil, whisking until smooth.
Remove half cup of the sauce and set aside for basting.
Place chicken drumettes in a large zip lock bag and pour the remaining sauce over them.
Seal the bag and lightly toss wings making sure they are covered with sauce and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper and lightly oil the pan with vegetable oil.
Remove the drumettes from the marinade and spread them out on the lined sheet.
Place the pan in the oven and roast for 45 minutes or until cooked through basting occasionally with reserve marinade.
Remove the wings from the oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onion.
