2-3 chicken thighs or breasts cooked (leftovers are awesome)
Combine all in your food processor and buzz up for 1 minute or so until the cheese is mixed well. If you do not have a food processor, heat the cream cheese in a microwave until soften enough to combine with the rest of the ingredients (maybe 30 seconds or so).
At this point you can add a little more of the sauce, hot sauce or rub to taste and mix in.
Heat in the oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with celery, sliced bell peppers, crackers or whatever else you like to dip.
